WHAT'S NEW

Beta Club members went to work at Helping Hands emergency food distribution in High Point on Saturday, Jan. 21st.  It was an amazing experience and we were blessed by the opportunity to help.  It was also a humbling experience as we remembered that there, but by the grace of God, we all are.

The Beta Club is again sponsoring our "Souper Bowl of Caring" to fight hunger in our community.  We will be collecting canned and non-perishable foods.  Remember that we just won the honor of National School of Distinction for Fighting Hunger due to our food drives so we want to continue this tradition.  Please begin sending in your donations of food so that we can again have a positive impact on our community.  Thank you as always for all your support.

We are currently taking applications for the 2012 - 2013 school year.  Current students need to let us know by May 1st if they plan to come back next year. Tuition will be increasing by $250.00 per year next year, however, students already enrolled will continue to pay based on this year's tuition rate.

Our online program continues to grow.  Debra and Patsy have been invited to speak at the central office of Randolph County schools to demonstrate our curriculum for the guidance counselors and others.  This will be on Thursday, March 15th.

We are honored to have been awarded "National School of Distinction for Fighting Hunger" by Schoolsfightinghunger.org.  This is due to our food drives sponsored by the Beta Club for the last 3 years.  Only 2000 schools nationwide have received this award so we are excited to be counted among them.
